M9 Globular Cluster

M9 is a globular cluster of stars located within the constellation of Ophiuchus. This cluster is about 26,000 light years from us and has a diameter of about 70 light years. M9's visual magnitude of 7.7 make it a bit more challenging to find than some of the other globular clusters.
