Stacked with Registax. Dark substraction and debayering using FITZ. Don's steps: -I used mainly repeated levels and curves to bring out the galaxies. -Croman's Gradient XTerminator to deal with some of the gradients. - Neat image to lessen some of the background noise. - a couple of passes with High Pass Filter sharpening and a little of PhotoShop's sharpening routines to bring out some detail in the galaxy. - reduced the star bloat with the minimum filter. - cleaned up some star trailing with the use of the smudge tool |
